Regina O’Hare will be joining MSTA to offer water aerobics classes on Tuesday mornings from 10:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.
Regina is certified with the Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA) and the Athletics Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and teaches water aerobics at the Sport and Health clubs. Regina recently retired from Tetra Tech, Inc. where she worked as a project scheduler on a contract with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). She is enjoying her leisure time with more cooking, reading, and dog training, and she is looking forward to connecting with neighbors at the pool.
