Namaste at MSTA! Join us for a morning yoga session on the lawn. Please bring your own mat and water and remember to set up at a comfortable distance from your neighbor.
A few details and suggestions:
Hydrate well every day.
Yoga starts at 9am on the green, please arrive with enough time to set yourself up for practice.
You can bring whatever you typically use (mat, blocks/s, strap) & if you are new to yoga, a mat is fine (& if you don’t have that, the grass would be great!).
Please adhere to social distancing norms & keep at least 6 feet between you & your neighbor. If you are not feeling well or been around anyone who is sick, please stay home.
Bring water to drink after practice.
Each practice will be 60 minutes & in the style of Baptiste Power Yoga - it’s a practice meant for every body - whether you are new to yoga or been practicing for years.
